Key Programs:
The basis of my Nutritional Therapy, Clinical Weight (Fat) Loss, and Sports Nutrition program is to evaluate your metabolic profile and to build a personalized program, tailored for you. I believe in identifying your body’s natural tendencies and your own eating traits as the most important steps to help achieve your weight goals, which we will discuss in detail.
“Everyone is different, so what helped your friend lose weight, may not work for you.”
For that reason, I use science-based assessments and advanced tools to pinpoint the unique needs of each client and to build a personalized program that works.
For me to understand what your specific nutrient requirements are, we need to undertake a series of “software-analyzed” assessments that evaluate the following:
- Your current diet and health status
- Your metabolic profile
- Your weight loss goals
- Your eating behaviors
The personalized Nutritional Therapy program provides:
- Personal Nutritional Strategy
- Antioxidant Assessment
- Nutritional Deficiencies Assessment
- Diet Planning
- Food Preparation
- Plan Adherence
- Compounding Factors (Analysis of: sleep, work, social life, physical activity, hydration, etc.)
- Symptom Reassessment
The personalized (Fat) Weight Loss program provides:
- Personal Weight (FAT) Loss Strategy
- Diet Analysis
- Body Composition Analysis
- Weight Control Planning
- Low GI Eating Planning
- Food Addiction Assessment
- Physical Activity Planning
- Food Intolerance Assessment
* Why I Prefer the term Fat Loss:
The terms “weight loss” and “fat loss” are often used interchangeably, but they’re not the same thing. Understanding the difference can help you on your health quest. So what’s the difference? Weight loss is a drop in your overall body weight, which includes weight from muscle, water, and fat. Fat loss, on the other hand, is just a drop in body fat. As a part of my fat loss program, I recommend Sumsweet+ Sweetener and the use of my nutrition app.
